By booking a skip through our website (www.unitedjunk.co.uk), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our online form with full payment made at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to decline a booking and issue a full refund if we are unable to provide the service for any reason (e.g., access issues, location not covered, skip type unavailable).

2. Pricing

  • Prices listed on the website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • If a pricing error occurs or if changes are required after your booking, we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to proceed at the updated price or receive a full refund.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund if the service cannot be completed due to factors outside our control.

4. Skip Use & Responsibility

  • You must ensure the skip is placed legally and safely and not overloaded. Additional charges may apply for overloaded or misused skips.

  • No hazardous, toxic, or prohibited materials are allowed in the skip. A list of restricted items is available on our website or by request.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused to driveways, walls, or property during delivery or collection unless due to negligence on our part.

6. Acceptance of Terms

  • By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

7. Additional Charges

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Permits required by the local council for placing skips on public roads.

    • Certain delivery locations that are outside our standard service area or difficult to access.

    • Specific items that incur extra disposal costs (e.g., mattresses, fridges, tyres, plasterboard, or hazardous materials).

  • If any of these apply to your booking, we will contact you to confirm any additional charges before delivery.
